Slowing down and canning salsa was greatly enjoyed with a little helper! 🍅
Ingredients:
8 cups of chopped tomatoes 🍅
2 1/2 cups of chopped onions 🧅
1 1/2 cups chopped mixed peppers 🫑
1/4 cup jalapeños (optional to add more for more spice) 🌶️
6 minced garlic cloves 🧄
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp canning salt 🧂
1/3 cup maple sugar 🍁
1/3 cup vinegar 💦
