Pumpkin Maple Bars

Cake ingredients:
15 oz can pumpkin
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup maple sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 cup Dark Robust Maple Syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
Whisk together cake ingredients
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
With an electric mixer combine frosting ingredients together until smooth.
Spread frosting evenly on top of the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
