    While maple syrup from the freezer is a delicious chewy candy consistency, I still adore maple cotton candy -which, while not 100% maple- is my fall taste of VT at the NC State Fair. Imagine my delight to find it available from my favorite VT maple producer! The maple sugar is a perfect addition to coffee, oatmeal, cream of wheat, or Maypo! And the sugar is nothing but 100% maple goodness.
