Maple Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Crumble:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup maple sugar
Filling:
1 1/2 cups strawberries
2 cups rhubarb (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 cup maple sugar
1/3 cup flour
Mix filling with your hands having all the maple sugar and flour rubbed in with the fruit.
Combine crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top of uncooked filling.
Place in oven at 350° for 30 minutes
