Maple Raspberry Jam
With the Raspberries and Blueberries in the garden booming you can turn it into Jam!
1 lb- about 3 cups of Raspberries
2/3 cup maple sugar
Mix together the raspberries and maple sugar in a saucepan
Over low to medium heat cook the mixture, stirring constantly
Keep stirring or your mixture will burn
About 15-20 minutes later the mixture should a thicker jam-like consistency
Remove from heat, pour into your choice of storage container
Keeps in the fridge for up to 4 weeks!
