Maple Chocolate Banana Bread

This recipe is most enjoyed right out of the oven. The chocolate melts in your mouth and pairs perfectly with the maple syrup flavor. If you find yourself having too many ripe bananas try this recipe out. Let us know how it was!

1/2 cup  peanut butter

1/2 cup  canola oil, divided

½ cup  maple syrup 

2 medium ripe bananas

2 large eggs

1½ cups all-purpose flour

¾ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

⅔ cup milk

⅓ cup chocolate chips 

Fold in all ingredients until a batter forms. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the knife comes out clean. Enjoy!
